Belarus intends to start industrial mining in Zimbabwe in March

This was on the air of the TV channel "Belarus 1" said the Manager of The President of Belarus Viktor Sheiman, BelTA reports. Viktor Sheiman noted that 5 joint Belarusian-Zimbabwean enterprises have already been established in Zimbabwe.


"We have started to engage in very subject professional geological exploration. Our geologists have been working in Zimbabwe for a year and a half. And found a very interesting and quite large deposits of minerals. We expect to enter the industrial extraction of minerals starting from March this year", - said the business Manager.

Two enterprises for the supply of Belarusian equipment have also been established. In total, more than 70 Belazs have been delivered, they successfully work at various quarries. According to Viktor Sheiman, the President of Zimbabwe Mr Emmerson Mnangagwa said that thanks to the Belarusian equipment in the country, has doubled the diamond mining.-
