On September 25, the Belarusian company was recognized as the winner in the tender for the construction of this road, the participants of which were also the Turkish company Onur and the Azerbaijani Evrascon. This is one of the largest tenders that were held in the Rivne region. The amount of the contract is 745 million 999 thousand hryvnia, which is almost 10% less than the cost of construction provided for by the tender documentation. Thus, Belarusian road builders will save almost 80 million hryvnias for the Ukrainian budget.
The start of construction of a new asphalt road, which will have two lanes in each direction, is planned this year. Construction will last until the end of 2020.
Belavtodor intends to further increase its presence in the Ukrainian road construction market.
