09.03.2023. BELAZ will introduce 45 units of the latest equipment in 2023. It will be used to create high-tech products. BELAZ is actively investing in the modernization, technical re-equipment and reconstruction of production lines and the machine park. So, at the beginning of the year, a new automatic galvanizing line was introduced at the plant, thanks to which the processing capacity will increase and the corrosion resistance of parts will increase by almost a third. Another most important project of this year is the reconstruction of the main conveyor shop with the redistribution of industrial sites and capacities. After a phased restructuring, 90-ton vehicles will be mass-assembled here along with low-capacity pit dump trucks from 30 to 55 tons.

Since the beginning of the investment project, since 2020, 14 units of high-tech equipment have been introduced at BELAZ. In total, under the program of a large-scale investment project for 2020-2025 with an investment of Br415 million at BELAZ, it is planned to purchase and modernize 140 pieces of equipment. On the basis of the production of super-heavy machines, capacities will be created for the manufacture of promising quarry equipment. Modernization is waiting for the workshop of software machines, the material and technical base of the scientific and technical center named after A.N. Egorov, painting, tool-stamp and welding production.
