Hungary buys 19 wagon trains produced by "Stadler Minsk"
16.07.2019. The presentation of the two-storey part of the train modification of KISS, produced and collected in CJSC "Stadler Minsk", was held at the car-repair plant city Dunakeszi in Hungary. BelTA was informed about it in the Embassy of Belarus in Hungary. After a routine break-in necessary checks and tests in February 2020, this and other trains in this series will run on the suburban lines of the Hungarian capital on the routes Budapest-Vác-Szob and Budapest-Сegléd-Szolnok.
"By the end of 2020, it is planned to deliver 19 six-car trains produced by CJSC Stadler Minsk," the Embassy informed.
The plant "Stadler Minsk" was officially opened on November 20, 2014 in Fanipol. The company is part of the Swiss company "Stadler rail Group", which for more than 75 years is one of the leading European manufacturers of railway rolling stock. Stadler rail Group also has branches in Austria, Australia, Algeria, the UK, Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Hungary, Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy and the USA.-
