New developments of the Belarusian company "Parad" will help builders to strengthen and seal complex underground facilities

26.06.2022. The Parad company has developed and put into production a new ultrafine cement binder "Parade C 2000" and "Parade C 650". The compositions are developed according to the technologies of leading European manufacturers, are an analogue of the mineral binder of the world-famous brand "Mikrodur" ("Microdur"). The fields of application of new types of micro cement are quite extensive: these are injection of soils, reinforcement of structures, underground construction, repair and insulation work in wells, and other areas in construction.

Ultrafine grinding cement Parad C 650

Specific surface area: more than 10,000 cm2/g

Sulfate-resistant cement binder of ultrafine grinding (micro cement) for injection into rock and soil in order to stabilize, strengthen and seal it.

Scope of application: in geotechnics – for blocking underground water flows; for strengthening and sealing joints of dams and other concrete structures; for creating water-tight reservoirs, stopping capillary moisture rise, strengthening and waterproofing of building structures in general (piles, foundations, brickwork), strengthening and repairing concrete and stone structures.

The new material is successfully used for the injection of rocky sandy soils, foundation / ground contact, for the restoration of historical and cultural objects, for facilitating excavation work during the construction of underground structures (tunnels, metro, etc.), for the cementation of rocks during the construction of tunnels, mines, etc., as well as for the stabilization of permeable soils, including waterlogged.

Parad C 2000 is an ultra-thin injection micro-cement produced on the basis of Portland cement with modifying additives by additional grinding to a fine grinding of 18,000 cm2/g. It is used to obtain injection and grouting solutions intended for cementing wells, injection into rock and soil.

The most effective applications of the Parad C 2000:

installation of pile foundations of shallow laying with a soil-concrete fifth of increased load-bearing capacity;
fixing the foundations of existing buildings and structures in order to prevent precipitation;
deepening the soles of existing foundations with a basement instead of a technical underground or increasing the height of existing basements;
compaction and consolidation of the contact zone soil in tunnels and underground structures;
strengthening of loose and permeable soils around oil and gas wells to prevent annular exit and withdrawal of oil and gas into the ground;
strengthening, strengthening and waterproofness of sandy and watered soils (from powdery to coarse-grained sands, sandy loam) during the construction of foundations, retaining walls, construction of buried and underground structures: tunnels, garages, basements;
increasing the strength and water resistance of stone, concrete and reinforced concrete structures during the repair and reconstruction of sewage treatment plants, dams, airfield and road surfaces, lining tunnels and subways, mines.
