According to the all-Russian rating of exhibitions, the Moscow exhibition Prodexpo is the leader in terms of the size of exhibition space, professional interest and market coverage. The exhibition is one of the world's top ten food-themed exhibitions, which presents everything from basic products and drinks for every day to exquisite delicacies, organic, sports, functional nutrition for a healthy lifestyle and exotic products. One of the most "top" topics of this year was products for a healthy lifestyle (HLS).
The exhibition hosted a presentation of a new type of products manufactured by the Smorgon Plant of Bread Production - flour made from whole micronized wheat grain and whole micronized rye grain. As you know, whole-grain flour is much healthier than usual. The fact is that the grain is covered on the outside with a variety of shells containing micro and macroelements, vitamins and many useful substances. Whole micronized grain flour stimulates metabolism, lowers cholesterol, improves the functioning of the heart and gastrointestinal tract. I would like to tell you a little more about our new product.
Our cereals and flour, as well as flakes that do not require cooking, are well known not only in Belarus, but also abroad. Flour from whole micronized wheat grain and whole micronized rye grain is a product made from whole grain grains. It contains bran, germ and endosperm in the same ratio as after harvesting. Compared to refined grains (white flour), whole grains contain more protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are not found in other foods. In the process of micronization, there is a short-term effect of IR rays on grain, resulting in the formation of low-molecular carbohydrates, which are easily absorbed by the body and contribute to better digestibility. The chemical composition of flour from whole micronized grain gives it a number of useful properties that help not just to maintain health, but to restore it.
It is noteworthy that in this product, even after grain processing, most of all its biological components (fatty acids, fiber, amino acids, vitamins and minerals) remain. This flour is perfect for those who take care of their health and lead a proper lifestyle. Creating this flour, we first of all tried to preserve all the benefits and naturalness of the product, and to make the price affordable so that everyone could afford to eat right!
Every year, various competitions are held within the framework of the Prodexpo exhibition, where manufacturing enterprises from different countries can compare their products with products from other manufacturers and find out the opinion of an expert jury. In the contest "The best product of the Year", the Smorgon Plant of Bread Production annually exhibits samples of its products under the Empire of Cereals trademark in order to know how it is evaluated by international experts and what to strive for next. Now our company has submitted to the contest "Best product – 2022" flattened oatmeal, oatmeal porridge with raisins and its new product - flour from whole micronized wheat grain under the brand name "Empire of Cereals". All the exhibited samples won gold medals. It is very pleasant that every year experts celebrate our cereals, cereals and cereals of TM "Empire of Cereals" with the highest awards.
This year, for the consistently high quality of products and excellent work, Smorgon Bakery also became the winner of the "Best Enterprise - 2022" contest! We went to this award purposefully - constantly working to improve the quality of our products, improving the technological process and re-equipping the material and technical base. Our awards were the result of excellent and well-coordinated work of the entire workforce, and the high assessment of the international jury is another confirmation that we are on the right track.
